Bike Trail Entrance Off 30A?

New posts
I would not expect anything other than the trail you described. Off road trails can be and usually are rough. Since I had not been on the entire loop, I could not accurately say what it is like. Roots are almost always the minimun terrain you will experience on Mtn Bike trails (the style-- I know we are at the beach). Although I have not been riding on Mtn Bike trails in a long time, I am used to seeing rapid decents and climbs, tree stumps, fallen trees, tight obsticles, loose sand, mud, water holes, etc. (and that is on the intermediate courses). I did figure this trail would be less adventuresome as I have been through other parts and have seen the type of terrain. Nobby tires with lower air pressure are always a must anytime you are off pavement, but they stink for road surface.
