Biting flies

Well, I sucked up that scorpion into the DustBuster. I put it in the garage, but now I'm scared to empty it!:yikes:

Maybe you could suck up some Sevin dust, wait a bit, and THEN empty it?

That's smart to be scared about emptying the DustBuster. I used to think I was a real smarty pants vacuuming up all the little house spiders until I read that the little pests simply crawl back out later. :bang:

Outdoors of course!

I'll get my hubby to do that. Life's a craps shoot at best, so I'm not gonna stack the deck against myself by exposing myself to carcinogens. Hubby isn't as anal about this sort of thing as I am, so he can suck some Sevin ino the DustBuster that I am now afraid to touch that is sitting in the garage.;-)

just take the bag off and jump up and down on it - crush the little devil - that's my motto

Mermaid's right. I swear all the tiny spiders I vacuum one day are in my closet directing each other back to where they came from. In a couple days they're back. Must have internal homing devices!:D

No joke, last year, I saw a group of beach goers swatting their own legs with fly swatters. :funn: I felt so sorry for them, that I sprayed them down with some of my special juice, and the next day, they were out again, with no fly swatters.

We just got in for a week's stay in Seagrove and the flies on the beach are driving us crazy. We need juice - can you help? Thanks!

The biting little devils have returned with the cooler weather brought on by the low pressure system.
The only thing that seems?? to work for us is "Cactus Juice" spray. It's the best we know of but may not work in all cases, so I can't guarantee it.
We have it at "Seacrest Sundries" in The Village of South Walton, just west of Rosemary Beach on 30A, if you're interested.

North wind and dragonflies = flies. I've seen it worse but that is little consolation. I agree that "Cactus Juice" works about the best.
