Thanks Dawn.. I posted these photos to get feedback from anyone who knows what steps we residents need to take to get something done about this mess!When you enter the beach at the access up from the creamery it is the first thing one sees. It’s insulting to the rest of Blue Mountain Beach!

Thanks leeboy...I have said the same thing. The “code enforcers” ride up and down the beach every day passing by that house for YEARS. They’re a joke

And wouldn't it be great to know what happens after a complaint is filed? Does anyone know if the county has a closed loop process for handling these situations?

It was posted on another thread that the property is for sale.

The current owner of that property is responsible for the code compliance of the property. The county should add fines every day. Fines become a lien on the property and it can't be sold until the lien is paid.

The info should be available, at least to the one who filed the complaint. and probably for all under freedom of information act - sunshine laws.

Hey everyone… I just filed a complaint with the CODE ENFORCEMENT via the Geoform and also submitted all of the photos. Please everyone who is able to file the same report please do so we really need to become proactive get action on some of these issues that are not being addressed.
