On my morning walk along 30-A and Blue Mountain Road I noticed several signs stating that there is a "neighborhood plan" being developed for the area and gave contact numbers, etc. The area seemed to be bounded by 30-A to Redfish Lake then south to Blue Mountain Road. There were also signs on Blue Mountain Road until it intersects 30-A at Sally's. Does anyone have information as to what this "plan" is or what it involves? The signs only state that there is a "neighborhood plan" proposed. Thanks for your help in advance.

Try contacting the BMB neighborhood Association or the county planning office. It is probably a plan to limit and control the type of development in BMB.
