Board Games and Card Games?

Left-center-right is an awesome game. We like it with a larger group and we all throw in a buck and the winner keeps the money. We also like to play a dice game called Zilch, but I don't think I could explain it here (it's one of those games you just have to play for awhile and catch on.)

Don't laugh, but I have serious blond moments playing Left-right-center. I usually end up writing the correct dice numbers on my hands- "cheat sheets". Of course part of the problem is that I'm usually yakking and not paying attention until it is my turn!

Dice numbers? Either I'm also having a blonde moment or you play with real dice instead of the ones you can buy at Gamer's Paradise that are marked with L, R and C!

I NEED THOSE!! We play with real dice- after 2 glasses of wine, I can't remember which direction to pass money when I roll a 4!

Of course I would probably need help in remembering what L, R, and C stood for. :floor:

There must be a Gamer's Paradise somewhere in the vicinity of Louisville - the game comes in a little plastic cylinder - 3 dice, a couple dozen mini poker type chips and instuctions. I think it cost about $7 (probably a rip-off, but I know I couldn't manage this game with real dice!)

I haven't heard of that store, but that doesn't mean alot- I'm out of the shopping loop. In fact, I realize I am WAY out of the shopping loop- Christmas shopping has been difficult. Practice makes perfect, and I haven't been practicing as much as I should! :D

Shopping - ugh - now I going to have to go out on a tangent. I'm on a mission to make my husband dress like a grown man and I have made more trips to and from the store buying and returning, etc. So far all I have to show for my efforts is one shirt and one sweater. But he will not go to the store himself and use a fitting room!

Loaded Questions is a great game and can be played with kids, teens, old folks, and really old folks. You don't really keep score; it's just a lot of fun. We play it all the time at the PINK house. :rolling: :rolling:

Oldtimer, please invite Merman and me to the Pink House again! We'll play. :clap_1:

I've always done that too, even bought him shoes! I told some people that I did this and everyone laughed and made fun of me! I've actually stopped doing it so much now. It just gets so hard and all that driving back and forth! BUT, I know your reasoning... because I buy all his clothes, people always say my husband has such great style!!

Add me to the club, ladies. I dress my husband as well. The man has absolutely no interest in clothing. The first time I ever laid eyes on him he was wearing navy polyester pants that were green with wear in the seat and knees! And he didn't even notice. :idontno:
