Actually I have 2 "new" ones that I found abandoned in Western Lake outflow (under 2 inches of sand and it was nighttime- guess the kids and the kids' parents think this stuff will decompose if it is left behind. I stumped my toe on the first one and tripped over the second.)
It is amazing the mess that people will make and just walk away from.....
Don't know if the boards are professional grade or not- look at these before you buy a brand new one.
