So cold the Gov't. Handing out free fish to the Eagles

It's so cold in Michigan's Upper Penninsular the American Eagles are looking for hand outs on Lake Superior.

Locals in the U.P. tell me they are trying to make them liberal Democrats with Gov't. fish handouts. It's a poke at my liberal friends, don't get upset.:roll:
