Although technically not in SoWal, it's about 1/2 mile east of the Walton Co border (WeBa?) so I thought I'd pass along my great dining experience last night. It's called Bubba's Pizza and Wings and they specialize in NY style pizza, but the owners are from the Philly area so the Philly Cheesesteaks are the best I've had in a long time. The NY style pizza is the thin crust, large slice style and it's excellent. The sauce is kind of sweet with a great basil flavor. Haven't tried their wings or anything else, but do yourself a favor and try the pizza and cheesesteaks. It's on the north side of 98, about a half mile east of the Publix by Lake Powell. Cash or check only so be prepared for that. I woke up this morning with an aching belly because I ate so much last night, but I went straight for the left over pizza and sandwhich in the fridge because it was that good!
