Salary:
$15 - $18/hour | Additional opportunities to make more money with bonfires!
Eligible for PTO after 90 days.
Description / Key Responsibilities:
Individuals in this role will be working out of our warehouse with our Business to Business Operations Team. These employees are responsible for leading our daily bike check and house golf cart check routes and helping with the organization at the main warehouse location. Account Representatives will be the main point of contact for all of Vacayzen’s channel partners and will be in direct communication daily with their assigned channel partners. Account reps will be responsible for ensuring that every guest and channel partner on varying routes has all their needs met throughout the day. Having good communication skills is extremely important while talking with Vacayzen channel partners and working on delivery routes as changes can occur throughout the day. Account Reps. will have to use their personal vehicle for routes but are eligible for milage reimbursement. This role will help ensure that our guests have a great experience during their visit to 30A and Destin.
B2B Account Representative

• Coordination with the B2B Manager of Operations and Account Associates to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all Vacayzen house bikes and house golf carts.
• Organization of the warehouse throughout the peak summer season.
• Help with varying projects within the warehouse such as building equipment, fixing house bikes and golf carts, and anything else that could help with the flow of daily operations.
• Complete routes assigned at the start of every shift.
• Complete tasks such as bike fixes, minor golf cart fixes, and delivering new orders to various properties.
• Onboarding of new properties to ensure appropriate house products are delivered.
• Clear and concise communication with the account associates.
• Having great people skills while speaking to guests, channel partners and co-workers.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure all house bikes or golf carts get properly checked on your daily route.

This will be a hybrid position. The Account Representative will spend approximately 75% of the time in the field and 25% of time in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
