Buyer looking for...

[Walton Native]

I have a buyer looking for a condo or townhome within a few blocks of the beach with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms. They would like beach access and a unit that can be rented in Walton, Okaloosa or Bay County. The biggest factor is the price. They are willing to spend up to $250,000. They are not looking for a good deal they are loking for an unbelieveable deal. Their comment was that they want to buy from someone that has to sell not someone that wants to sell. Please post or email anything you have or know of that would fit.

How about a condo for $170K that fronts 30-A?

Where? How big?

Please post or email the information. These folks have indicated they would like to make a move by March 1 if the right place was available.

Thanks, but they would prefer at least one bedroom versus a studio.
