A gentleman contacted me and is looking for a bay front property. He needs to be able to dock an 82 foot yacht. He also requires a 3-4 car garage and space to build another garage. If you know of anything that may fit this please let me know.

he could try buying the boatworks in Freeport ... i'm not sure there are too many non-commercial landings on the bay that'll take the draft of an 82' yacht, unless it's a hovercraft

It's a 5.5 foot draft. A lot would work too.

Not many places on the open Bay will be have deep enough water to hold an 82 ft boat. 4 mile creek will be one of the best bets for him to find water deep enough to handle it. The Mack Bayou area also has some deeper water around some of those properties. Good luck.

Joe's bayou on the north side of Destin is deep water also. Also has excellent land elevation for the area. Might check those properties out.
