Cargo Ship off Grayton?

Anyone have info on the large container/tanker vessel that was off Grayton yesterday? Way out... appeared it was being towed by two large tugs either directly in or directly out. Didn't move east or west for a long time then... off to the west.

I have seen them more and more over the past two years. Almost always container ships. Not a regular sight down here, but certainly not unheard of. I would expect to see more in the future...

you can expect bilge oil on the beaches if more ships come by. nice sticky balls of tar.

You'll see more of them if we get drilling in the area. They use them to supplement the pipeline into PC. That pipeline actually cut down on the number of barges they used to get since it made the old fuel depot for the military obsolete.
