Just a couple years old. Hardwood floors, upgraded stainless appliances. Includes: Utilities, Internet, Cable and washer/dryer. Unfurnished.

We have a fully furnished carriage house in Watercolor that we would consider renting for 2018. Rate: $1600/month + $100/month for beach club, pool access. Please let me know if you would like me to send pictures.
