I'm looking to move closer to Seaside (Grayton to Seagrove Beach) to a two or more bedroom small house or carriage house, condo, or townhouse for $700 [1 bdrm]-1,000 [3 bdrm] including utilities. Ideally it would be furnished, but I could manage with unfurnished. I'd like to be somewhat close to the beach. I am looking for a 6 month lease, but for the perfect place maybe a 12 month lease. My current lease is up on March 15th, but my current situation is a little flexible.
I own a few rental properties in Atlanta, so I'm not ready to purchase anything on 30A yet. I am available to look after your property if you are away. If you have a main house that you rent out and need someone with a key to handle vacationers, I'll be willing to help out with that for a break on my rent. I have a small dog and a cat, and I'll be willing to occasionally pet sit for you. I own a business in Seaside, am an extremely good tenant, and have excellent credit and references.
