Boudin is one of my favorite things in the world. Don't know why but it's true!

Emeril Lagasse's Boudin Bourbon & Beer Festival is coming to New Orleans NOV 7. It's an annual event happening on the same weekend as Carnivale du Vin, Emeril's fine dinner event NOV 8. All benefiting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.

SoWal's own Chef Jim Richard of Stinky's Fish Camp has been invited to join premier chefs from across the nation for this culinary celebration! He's part of the Boudin Chef family for Boudin Bourbon & Beer! Read about Chef Jim and his new Trenasse restaurant coming to New Orleans:
