I am in the franchise business and do not understand the fascination with Chik Fil A. It is like In and Out Burger, dont get it, not a great product, good service...Maybe I am underestimating the Baptist population They're well intentioned people and very charitable and treat their employees well, but they do not budge on Southern Baptist beliefs.

I agree with you on the question of loyalty to the place. I view Chipotle food the same way, what's the big effing deal about it?

I dont get it either. Chipotle is one step up from Taco Bell, amazing the Vulcan mind control they have over the youth of America.
