The man that did this was on the Today Show recently. He's some sort of electronics technician. The amazing thing to me is that so the music won't bother the neighbors, he has it set up so you can tune it in on your FM car radio. Of course, he admitted that the traffic alone might be bothering the neighbors, and he said that if any of them complained, he'd understand and would shut it down.Mermaid said:
