Class Clown

I just found out my son was voted class clown for the 8th grade class. Gee, I wonder where he get's that from? He thought is was pretty cool. At least the clowing hasn't gotten him in trouble with his grades..yet!

So what about y'all? Any other class clowns, most likely to succeeds, best all arounds, etc....out there? Past and present. Even posters, when you were in school?

I think that's great, myself. Slap that kid on the back and congratulate him for me!!! This poor world is always in need of more humor.

There was a boy in Alex's class in grade school who was as smart as he was funny and he ended up at Notre Dame University. Not too shabby!

my spidey thinks he's the class clown... but he doesn't know many funny things to say yet except, and I quote, "I tooted.." over and over again. he learned this from Uncle Timmy, Aunt Allifunn and Jessifunn. I think Merman was the one that taught him the pull my finger trick. or was that Uncle Joe-Joe? ;-)

I had a class clown that ended up at the Walton Academy and eventually expelled from school. However, I'm waiting for that day when he's nominated for an academy award for best actor. That's probably a pipe dream though. There are many many very successful people who were class clowns ....hope your child is one of those. Good Luck.

My son was voted Class Clown in his senior class last year. He has always liked to put on a show. When I was in middle school (years ago) I too was voted Class Clown and my mother was furious -- she did not think that this was appropriate behavior.

I think I was a class clown. Probably because of my floppy shoes and red nose. Did get called a Bozo by several girls too.
