Closest fishing charter for 6?

Beach Comber
For the last several years, we've gone to Panama City for a 6-person charter. It looks like everybody who puts out at Grayton is limited to 4 people. Is there anywhere closer that anyone would recommend who can accommodate 6?
 
Panama City Beach is the closest for a boat for 6. That size boat is too large to launch in the surf.
