My poor son, the Mizzou Tiger, just told us they got beat by Sam Houston State at home. It's going to be a looooong season for him!

They sure did--it was all over the news here. They said, first game of the season, everybody's already asking for Coach Q's head on a platter. I'm sorry to say, can't really blame everybody, even as darn cute (or would that be qute?) as he is.

My son started Upward practice this week. He has his first game next Saturday. I love watching him play.
