Where are all of those fans?

Texas played very well against those Ohio State Buckeyes. Texas went ahead very late in the game, and stayed in there to win.

FSU v The Citadel -- What is up with that? FSU scores 3 pts in 1st quarter then comes on hard with a strong finish scoring 62 pts by game's end.

GT with another win.

I was really beginning to wonder if AL was going to play football this year.

I see FL had a blow out game, winning big.

I root for Florida International University. I graduated from it. It lost today. It lost last week-end, too. I wish Don Strock (head coach) would put his foot down.

I also root for FSU. My mother graduated from it. I went there for a little bit but got homesick and went home.

Go Gators! Not that I care a thing about football. Just want the Gators to win so my hubby will be a happy football camper.

I was raised in Bham where you have to swear allegiance to either Alabama or Auburn by the time you are two years old. I was a Bama girl and graduated there, but I have lived in Fla so long that I just don't care a bit about it. I would rather be at Grayton, or shopping, or reading or watching a good movie...

Bulldawgs barely won vs The Old Ball Coach. And GT is looking pretty good with the QB and WR combo, a good defense and good running attack. The other ACC teams need to take note. VT looked good too. Suprise that Charlie Weis and the Fightin Irish are back so soon.

What do you think about instant reply in college football? I like it. The officials are the ones that must call for the replay review. Good rule.

I think it has been long time coming. Sometimes I wonder if the home team really had the advantage of the home town refs too. I know they don't, but I often think the refs must be looking at the cheerleaders when they should have been watching the play. (I would make a lousy ref -- too many distractions inside the stadium. ) Do I understand that only the western conferences have this instant replay review?

I fell asleep on the couch while my husband watched Texas come from behind to win the game. He said it was awesome!

I fell asleep too and went to bed thinking Texas had lost. But the Longhorn QB was money when it counted. He made some mistakes in the 1st half that fed his critics but then like a true star he came back, silenced them and showed the nation that not only can he run like a HB he can pass like a pro. He is a true double threat and he is bigger/taller than Vick and a righty to boot.

On that drive when TX went ahead, the QB got hit hard & was knocked silly. TX called a timeout hoping that he would have a chance to recover. He did, and they scored a few plays later. On their next drive, he got hit hard again, and looked a little stunned, but at the end of the came, he was all smiles.
