You can rest assured this Bama fan isn't overly-confident. We will be very, very lucky to win this game. During the summer, I thought this would be a near-automatic win. But at that time, I had no idea we would struggle so much along the OL and in the kicking game.

We've never had much luck against Spurrier in the past (other than beating him twice in 1999).

We'll see.

JB, I think you are right. We will be lucky to win. And yes not a good past with Spurrier except in 99. That's why is't so much fun beating him WHEN you do.

I didn't see the game last weekend so didn't know we were having trouble with the OL. Kicking game always a problem. Who remembers Phlugner? Gives me a heart attack. Now that was a lucky win in '99 vs. Florida.
