Where's the best place to find listings for commercial rentals? Any advice is appreciated as always. Thanks.
 
Probably contacting a local Realtor. Otherwise newspapers, craigslist, or driving around and looking for rental signs.

ECAR has a public mls website which features a commercial section as well. Rents are quoted a little funny in SoWal but you can quickly decipher. You may want to look for listings and see if a particular firm or agent specializes in commercial and consider hiring them as your broker.
