Compass Point at Watersound Beach

Does anyone have any info. on this area? We are considering a place here and are just looking for any comments on what you think about the property. Beach distance and access, as well has access to facilities on the property, things like that. The condo we are considering is one of the rotunda rooms at the point closest to the beach.

Boardwalks through breathtaking dunes, great pools, and bordering a coastal dune lake and state park. The round units are stunning - try to get 3rd or 4th floor facing west.

The one we are considering is on the 2nd floor (prkg garage is 1st floor). We're hoping to see more pics of the beach/ocean view if there is one - it is facing west.
