I am CompTIA A+ Certified and will have my CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications within the next 30 days. With over 30 years of practical experience working with and troubleshooting computers and computer networks in my own businesses and helping others make computers and computer networks work for their businesses, I have a unique insight in how important it is to keep systems running trouble free and also how to educate the users who depend on these systems.
I have experience with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7, as well as Mac OS. I also have a basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008. I have years of experience using and servicing a large variety of software packages including all the Microsoft Office components such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
One of my strongest skills is working with customers and instilling confidence in them that I will solve any problems they have no matter what it takes. I am a dedicated worker and pride myself on having a "get the job done" attitude.
I am looking for the opportunity to join an organization that will put my computer skills, and my customer service skills to use.
