Condo Info

SoWal prices are not influenced by the PCB market IMO. Besides, PCB sand is several shades darker than SoWal's (IMO), which is reason enough to avoid that area!

Thanks to all for the info. Some good stuff to think about.

I appreciate the difference in the feel of the area between SoWalton and PCB. And it is obvious a full time resident would prefer your county. It is also pretty obvious that development has gotten out of control in the PCB area and has yet to run its full course. With bubble bursting comes opportunity!

Shelly,
To answer your questions.

We want a full blown unobstructed view of the ocean from the surf to the horizon. And a balcony that is private from other's view. (Two highlights of the day are morning coffee and evening cocktails while enjoying the view)

We don't need any rental income but since we don't plan to use it during the high season we figured we might as well get a little cash flow from it. I don't count on much rental income because as best I can tell rental rates in PCB are plunging along with condo prices.

Humbly submitted,
Flyguy
