She can't go to LA...Nick would be hitting on her and she will be studying!!

I finally spoke with her this morning. She is really pumped! She will be heading down to Austin to check out apts. soon. I think this time she will make sure she gets one with a dishwasher!!!

Alifunn: thanks for asking. House hunting in Memphis begins this weekend. I'm eyedeep in getting the NY house ready for sale (my loving husband kept denying we needed to do anything...of course we did need to paint the trim...fix driveway...argh!)

I'm excited about Memphis--we'll live in the city (empty nesters now...daughter got into a good liberal arts college in central NY State--raise the flag and praise the lord!!!)
For me, Rhodes is a wonderful school with great people to work with and excellent students. But getting from here to there for July 1 is a lot of work. (I hate getting one's house ready to move; we're not slobs but the house every day has to look like no one lives there.)
