Construction in downtown Rosemary?

My husband and I are planning a trip to Rosemary Beach in October. When we visited in April there was a lot of heavy construction near the restaurant and shops area south of 30A. Is there still a lot of construction activity going on?
 
The condo/commercial building isn't finished yet. But it's topped out so probably not as bad as when you were there.
