What the puck is a skinny girl margarita? Is this some kind of low cal margarita or is it just a marketing gimmick to charge over $10 for a margarita?

Ask Bethenny Frankel. She's making millions on them and so is La Hacienda Ranch.

Well that solves it, it's all marketing.

The extra money goes into her pocket, it's still lime juice and corn syrup.

Well, you've gotta hand it to her...it's brilliant. I just bought a bottle today. It was a heck of lot cheaper than what I paid the other night.

Just curious how much you paid for less than a dollar's worth of ingredients and a $2.00 glass bottle?

You'll be thrilled to know they have them at the WCBC or ECCS as MK like's to mistype.

I paid 12.99 for a bottle. I paid 11.00 for a tiny one at La Hacienda Ranch--that was mostly ice.

That comes with liquor in the bottle too right? Seems kinda steep for a mixer.

• 2 oz of Clear Premium Tequila (count 1, 2 while you pour, no need for measuring)
• Tiny splash of Orange Liquor
• Juice of 4 Fresh Lime Wedge

I use a little Pure Agave Nectar for just a touch of sweetness. Yummy!

I am addicted to these things. Beer used to be my drink of choice, but recently these have done the trick.
