Couple - no kids - looking for LTR on East End of 30A

Hi, my husband and I are looking for a long term rental on the east end of 30A. We have a lot on 30A in the Seabreeze Community (near Magnolia Cottages) and we are moving to the area to start the process of building a home, so we are looking for a home in this area. We are a 50 something couple with no children ....just a small well behaved dog (Havanese) that is 8 lbs. We will take excellent care of the home. My husband is retired and loves to putter around the house and yard. We own a vacation rental property so we know how important it is to have a good renter!

Home (not condo)
2 - 3 bedrooms
At least 2 Baths
Furnished or Unfurnished
Small well behaved pet friendly
Hoping for a 1 or 2 car garage - but this is not essential
As close to Seabreeze on 30A as possible - Near Seacrest, Alys Beach
Looking for May 1
12 Month Lease
Rent - not sure depends on the house
