I've seen several articles and sources rating risk for activities. Here's one...

From hair salons to gyms, experts rank 36 activities by coronavirus risk level

Four Michigan public health experts assess the risk various activities pose to spreading coronavirus. Dr. Matthew Sims, Beaumont Health director of infectious disease research, Dr. Dennis Cunningham, McLaren Health Care medical director for infection prevention, Dr. Mimi Emig, retired infectious disease specialist with Spectrum Health, Dr. Nasir Husain, Henry Ford Macomb medical director for infection prevention.

The list, below, assigns a score for activities from 1 to 10, with a 10 being the riskiest and a 1 being the least risky. The score is an average of scores given by the health experts, rounded to the nearest whole number.

Report Card for Walton County
Latest report date: 6/5/2020

According to DOH, Walton County does NOT meet the criteria for the next phase of reopening.

Does Walton meet the following criteria?
Decrease in ER Visits for COVID-like illness: NO
Decrease in ER Visits for influenza-like illness: NO
Decrease in new cases by date: NO

Considering only the most recent week of data (5/30/2020-6/5/2020) and not the full, two-week period required for reopening:
ER visits for COVID-like illness increased by 33 % and ER visits for influenza-like visits increased by 17 %
New cases by date in Walton increased by 44 %

The Florida Department of Health Outlined the criteria for proceeding to the next phase of reopening here.

A minimum of two weeks of continued decrease in the above-referenced criteria determines a county's readiness to begin the next phase of reopening, in addition to another criteria determined by the percent positivity of lab results. By the state's and CDC guidelines, if any increase in any of the below variables is observed over the previous two weeks, the state should, at a minimum, wait before allowing the county to enter the next phase of reopening.

Social distancing grade for Walton County is: F

Distance Grade: F
Encounters Grade: F
Visitation Grade: F

...because the average distance traveled here actually increased by 8%, and the average visitation to non-essential locations actually increased by 110% as of 5/25/2020.
