Pompeo is having to quarantine because of exposure to a Covid infected person. Definitely not the best and the brightest with this motley crew of morons.

You're a class act. Calling people idiots isn't likely to convince anyone to think like you do. Doe you get a warm, fuzzy feeling talking about how everyone who doesn't share your values and beliefs are so stupid? I don't think our family sharing Thanksgiving exposed anyone to the virus. and BTW, none of us has gotten sick Not even the dogs. And if you think people in the panhandle are so stupid and not worthy of your approval, why don't you move to California, Oregon, New York or some of the other places where they have "peaceful protests" and burn down the property of others, loot and riot?

I tend to agree with you about the way we all communicate with each other leaves no room for people to relax enough to see things differently and we have to take responsibility for our words and our actions. Not wearing a mask in public hurts people whether you have the virus or not. How is that you say. Because it allows others that may have the virus to relax their efforts to not spread the virus. Since many do not have symptoms it is very easy to relax these scientifically researched methods that help slow the transmission down and saves lives and gets our economy back on track quicker. It should be common sense stuff but because we have leaders that apparently only care about themselves and therefore not so interested in the spread of the virus then we have the politically motivated refusal to follow these methods of reducing viral load and transmission of the virus. Everyone should wear a mask, should socially distance the best you can and limit social activities for whatever time it takes. We need to be together with our families and friends and work at our jobs and we can do that but there are rules now whether we like it or not or whether it limits our personal liberties or not. If we are the America that we want to be then we should be setting an example for the world yet because of abuses of power at our leadership positions along with our natural selfish behaviors we are too busy calling each other names and trying to be right about something. It really all comes down to caring about something other than yourself whether you are a democrat or republican or something in between. Why is caring about others so hard? If you believe that Trump cares about anything but himself then it does become frustrating for many people including myself. I would like to have better conversations to understand Trump supporters but we have to have respect for each other first then we can have civil conversation. Again, I agree with you that calling people names does not help but not following rules to reduce the transmission of the virus is flat wrong. Being wrong sometimes is human but when it is this serious it makes it harder to tolerate the behavior. I happen to believe that we have to be more tolerate of each other. Somehow...

I agree with you about Poppaj having very accurate information finding skills. All he has to do is work on the tone just a little and he should be nominated for a good information fog clearing award! I learn a lot from his information and appreciate it very much. I also have to admit that some of his political memes have been shared with my family...the funny ones of course

If you are informed about the extent of the catastrophe this president has been, I would say Poppaj is showing about as much civility and restraint as warranted.
