Cow in Ocean Artist???

The last time I was in Sowal I saw a cool painting of a cow in the ocean. Seems that this was a local Sowal artist? If anyone knows who the artist is, or where the gallery is, please let me know. THANKS!

Can I just say how much I love cows? I know they're not the most intelligent animals, but they just look so sweet. These paintings are wonderful!
