Just started working out at Cross fit on 30A! Place is awesome. Tony and Karen are the real deal. Go by and check them out! Its a refreshing change to my typical workout. I am thinking my body needed this. I was a little intimidated at first but Tony and Karen have made me feel very comfortable.
