Only $1,200 per month for cute 3 bedroom/2 bath home on South side of 30A for rent. A short walk to the beach near Western Lake.
Would like 12 month lease but will consider shorter term.
 
I think you mean near "Eastern" Lake. That sounds like a pretty good deal. I'll keep it in mind for the people who are always asking.
