Just wondering if anyone lives in there or if any Realtor can give me advice. I was wondering if the HOA is keeping up with the grounds as well as they should and what you generally think about the neighborhood. Any comments and advice would be much appreciated!

We are renting in the neighborhood at the moment. HOA is maintaining pool and entrance, individual lots (empty) are not being maintained. Decent neighborhood if the HOA could pull it together and spruce it up, doubt there is enough of them though. Despite a few renters(long term) who seem to have no respect for anything, its a nice neighborhood. AWESOME location in my opinion.

Also just started renting in CB

Would agree with the above...however we haven't noticed any disrespect from anyone (though we haven't been here long at all). Seems like a nice community atmosphere to me.
