oh...sigh...yes I am. A tired winner today- I'm keeping your hours Miss Kitty.

Sorry Darlene- gotta tangent here on your thread I had to have Will at school at 4:45 am this morning to be on a TV morning show. Somehow, I ended up as the soundboard person (they were desparate!). Turned on the music, did the volume- I was scared to death! Too many buttons and things to push/move- translation: mess up and break. John R would be proud of me though!

Now I need to make the second pot of coffee!

You go girl...I know you did a great job, and I am sure that Will was very proud of you as we are!!!!!

Goodness girlie how do you have time to type at all??? That maid of yours is useless :D I remember those days of running to all the practices and games. I was tired, but looking back now I really miss it. (Not the cleaning part though)

OH, and that was after I had worked all day. I know I am going to fire the maid, oh wait, that is me. It is tiring running all over the place. It is good that I live in a very small community and everything is within about 3 miles that I have to travel. I do love the sports though. I am your typical sports mom!!!! I am sure I will miss it when it is over....

Between the 2 of mine, they played everything except soccer. We had more cleats and balls around the house than I can tell you. To this day it is spring to me when I hear the ping of the bat hitting the ball. If I see a couple of people standing around talking I assume it's a huddle to call the next play.

I made some good friends through those sports though. It carried all the way through high school with them and we have "team Mom" reunions to catch up with each other to this day. Enjoy every minute, you can sleep when he's gone.

He play's everything he can, and is in the school band. I am glad that he is so rounded, I hope it stay's that way. I know what you mean about the friends you make. I have been involved in our local Recreation Center since my son started playing T-ball. I have been the President for 3 years. I have met some wonderful people, and I am sure they will be my forever friends. I loved what you said about, "Enjoy every minute, you can sleep when he's gone", how true that statement is....it will stay with me for a long time!!!!
