Minimum level of knowledge:
- AutoCAD proficiency: AutoCAD 2004 -2013
- SketchUp or 3d modeling Experience is a Plus
- Experience with construction document drawings to produce full house plans including floor plans, elevations, structural sections, foundation plans, framing details, electrical, etc.,
- Practical Familiarity with Construction in Concrete, Wood and Masonry which includes Accurate Working Knowledge of Industry Standard Construction Techniques and Best Practices in Assembly and Detailing.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture/ CAD/ Drafting Technology, related discipline is a Plus
- Excellent time management skills to detail and coordinate multiple projects.
