I'm jealous! The best we've ever gotten at my daughter's HS shindigs is Kenny Rogers.

I should have known that, but I've never posted to any other message boards, so I was surprised that they weren't private. Obviously anything on the 'Net can be indexed.Mermaid said:I'm surprised you didn't know that, BR. You're pretty computer savvy otherwise. I've written travel reports on Trip Advisor, SlowTrav, and Fodors. Some of them are on pretty basic places like Rome and Paris, but the more obscure ones--ie, Villa Rosa in Montemelino, Italy--those references come up straight away and I see my writing on the web instantly.
Have you ever googled your name? I have and have come up with myself! NOT someone with a similar name who might be known to posterity, but ME. Turned out it was a newspaper interview. I didn't remember talking to a reporter, but when I read what I said, the word useage alone proved it was me, not anyone else.Funny to think that your writing/talking style would be such a giveaway as to who you are.

When I Google my name, I get a boatload of hits, primarily due to my class websites and my highly-hit restaurant review website (top 5 on Google). I won't tell you my name because some sicko stalker on this board might stalk me. LOL.
The AAA spokesperson has my name. You have to go all the way to page 5 to find me.bsmart said:Beach Runner, are you famous in the ATL, you can? You can PM me your name.
When I google my name it brings up newspaper articles which mention me as Dean's and President's lists recipient, Who's Who among America's College students, and National Dean's List recipient. Also, there are several people--3 in Georgia--with my exact whole name.
