Thanks, Kurt, for posting! And thank you, Lake View Too, for the fine compliment! We sent Kurt home with a cajun shrimp salad sandwich; hope you enjoyed it! Our menu is ever-changing, each weekend will bring new selections.

According to our daughter, food trucks are all the rage in Atlanta. Check out http://www.atlantastreetfood.com/ne...k-race-competitors-hit-the-streets-of-atlanta. On Memorial Day weekend we saw them all over Midtown with lines of people a block long.

And an update...we never posted where we were yesterday because we didn't end up setting up. The nature of a roving, mobile food truck is an odd one & we just didn't find the right place yesterday. We are working tirelessly on finding different "regular" (high traffic) locations to park for a few hours to serve lunch several days a week. I will keep you posted on our whereabouts. (Or you can follow us on Facebook, look for Foodie Dietrich.) We appreciate the texts & calls we received from people looking for us yesterday. We WILL get this figured out!
But, you will be able to find us this Saturday night, June 11 at Digital Graffiti in Alys Beach! So, if you are attending, please stop by & see us there!
