dinner after wedding

My daughter is having a small beach wedding for around 30 in late August. She wants to have the party go out to a restaurant for dinner instead of a reception. Where do you recommend? Wedding should be over on a Friday night around 9:00.

Not too many places will serve after 9:00 on 30-A. Depends on the number in the party, as to where you can go for dinner. Most of the places open after 9:00 are not exactly conducive to an after wedding dinner. If the wedding party is staying in one house, a private dinner might be nice...Phil McDonald Table of Five.
Also, many restaurants do not take reservations until a month out.

Try Watercolor Resort. If not at the Fish Out of Water restaurant, they might be able to set something up on the green behind the Inn. Also, their Baithouse and Boathouse facilities on Western Lake are available for receptions as are banquet facilities inside the Inn. Try calling Caroline Webber or Cheryl Walton at 534-5000

If she doesn't mind a more casual atmosphere, Shades at Inlet Beach stays open until midnight. They have great food.

V in Seagrove is open pretty late and was very nice about our 20ish party that showed up around 10pm.
