I was reading back thru this thread. Your original post of your "Bio" says that you are a Florida CAM - Is that designation Florida Certified Apartment Manager ?

I am now even more confused. This data is from the state website.

Real Estate Broker or Sales YANDELL, TIM D Primary SL3065727
Sales Associate Current, Active
09/30/2009
Main Address*: 693 OLD FERRY ROAD SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL 32459

Community Association Manager YANDELL, TIM D Primary CAM21763
CAM Null and Void,
09/30/2004
Main Address*: 693 OLD FERRY RD SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL 32459

Do you have another license that the search did not turn up ? It returns a Community Association Manager license that expired in 2004. I found no Condominium Association Manager license.

Regardless - your MBA is the jewel in Business world. I would simply state:

I earned an MBA from XXXXXXX University in XXXX.

What University did you receive your MBA degree from ?

Help me out here.

Condominium Assoc. Mgr. is typically what we call it here, since most communities are/or were condo. I use the term condominium instead of community...glad you cleared that up.........................

OK, but there are people that vet a candidates bio. I would think if you were asked a direct question concerning a State License - you would specifically state the "Licensing agency's exact title.

No biggie though !

If I were a candidate - I would state it this way - "I received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University in 1969."

Sorry Wile...I was at the computer, told Tim he had a question and typed his response to your question. Must have heard Community and typed Condominium...but Seagrovegirl is right. They are used interchangeably. Still...wife mistake...I'll take one for the team!

I definitely understand. I have made afew myself.

Care to answer the second part of the response ? Where did he earn his MBA ?

I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Troy University Main Campus and just recently graduated from University of Phoenix with my M.B.A. I figured that I would use the down time from the slow market to my advantage!
