Won't save a dime !

At least she is trying. If they reduced the staff from two to one then it will save alot of money.

Is her staff going to 10 hr days?

My understanding is they are just shifting to 4 -10 hr days for the staff of 2.

She is salaried.

I say again won't save a dime !

If both staff are working the same days then the savings are minimal at best. Might be a move to appease the worker bees since I understand they are not getting a raise again this year.
It may improve service to citizens slightly if they are staying open until 6 or 7 pm. Many people work and cannot go to the office from 8-5 M-F.
