Does anyone else hate running?

Hey, I ran on that track, just for a photo op, though. Got busted by the campus police for jumping the fence while there, but he was cool.

Whenever you want to see it again, just watch "Animal House" It was filmed on campus.

I went out for my evening run and just couldnt get into it. I dont know if it was the balmy humidity, the hills of cloverdale or what. Then it occurred to me, running just sucks.

Yes, running like Kmart sux

Are you competing in next week's Gulf Coast Triathalon? If so, I will see you there (no, I am not competiting, but my future sister in law will be there getting ready for some qualifiers).

Not this year because I was lazy this spring. I did it last year as my first 1/2 IM distance race, and it's a good event. I just wish they could smooth out the pavement on the part of the bike course that goes through the state forest.

Best of luck to your future SIL! Early weather forecast sounds pretty nice for this time of year- low 80s with not an insane amount of humidity, and the volunteers are excellent at helping you stay cool on the run course.
