I bought some Eddie Bauer t-shirts at the outlet store in Destin, and the thickness of the material was literally one half that of what you get in the regular store. But yeah, the price was less.
Those Dollar stores are great for some stuff, but when you look at the yucky but cheap off brands, it does make you wonder about the supposedly regular brands. Dollar stores are, to me, really kind of depressing places (but I still occasionally shop there).QUOTE
When I was in college (many moons ago) we were told that the X brand often times was the "same" as the national brand (the "if you knew what we know" type of ideology) ie "no name" ketchup was Heinz Ketchup (do you know Heinz?)...I think there are now "dollar store grades" of "ketchup" and other things...30A Skunkape, y'all are tellin' on yoself :funn:
