I finished reading the seawall threads today. Whew! Intense!

I know I certainly felt like too much of a lightweight to comment...

Wouldn't have much to say anyway except some of these ...; :bang:; :idontno:; :pissed: ; ; and a BIG one of these :( .

Miss Kitty you were up mighty early today! Again!!!!!

This is Zombie Kitty here.... ! Sent back the Tempur-pedic today and will try another mattress now. I don't blame the mattress for my lack of sleep, but Mr. K was having back pains!!!! We had it over a month and never really could get used to it.

WoW!! That's good to know. I was thinking about getting one of those! I'm suprised, I thought that would be a great mattress to have. Buying a mattress is the pitts! You just never know if it will work for you or not.

well I'm sitting here in upstate NY where "spring" has not sprung--its a balmy 39 degrees (cold even for here at this time of year). Definitely dreaming of the beach at SOWAL.

Read the Seawall post...yipes! the tone there is dangerously close to the level of those conservative talk shows where everyone yells and curses out everyone else. One thing I've always appreciated about this Message Board is the level of civility everyone extends to people they may even disagree with. I definitely wouldn't want to read them when I'm up at night....my insomnia would get even worse!

All you can say is thank god it's only one post and certainly not indicative of what this board is all about. In fact, it's pretty well opposite of everything that's posted here. Ah well, it's more funn in the lounge anyway.

yes, the lounge is more funn.....
but I always enjoy the discussions about real estate (dreaming about owning something in Sowal keeps me going); food--people on this board seem to like to cook/eat every bit (or more) than my family; the beach....and life in general. Nice people, in other words...and this is a growing rarity, given the discourse in most media outlets.
(growing controversies even over such internet sites as "Facebook.com" where college students post pix and blogs about themselves. Even there, the exchanges are increasingly tasteless and libelous). I really appreciate the SOWAL Board.
