rentals

I am relocating from New Orleans and am really looking for a furnished unit. Are any of your rentals furnished? I am interested in the duplex and was wondering if it was furnished or not and is it all inclusive. I have been in the 30 A area several times and am coming back for a week to look for a long term rental. I am not happy where I am living and fell in love with the area there. It is so relaxing. Perhaps you can help me find something suitable. I do have a 6 lb dog and 3 cats, declawed. I have rental property of my own so I respect people's property and would make a great tenant. Your home would be my home and treated as such. Please let me know. I am interested in the house you said you have coming up also and what area it is in. I would like to be in the Santa Rosa area or down in that direction. Blue Mountain Beach, etc. Just not as far down as Seagrove. I love it but it is too far to get where you want to go. Thank you and I am very interested in working with you. I will give you a call. Have a great evening, Brenda

Thanks for the inquiries everyone. All of our units have rented and two of them were filled through Sowal.com.

Ed, it is Brenda again. I'm just trying to find out if the renter in the house will be moving in June. If you are not sure that is fine, I'm just trying to figure out what to do. I hate to rent another place if that one will be available in June. It was perfect for me. I've found nothing like it except condos or places furnished 3 bdrms I cannot affort. Just let me know. I am coming down Feb. 5-12 and would like to see it in case she decides to move. Can you please email me or call. I've left you a message or your phone and computer but have not heard back from you. Did you decide to rent it to someone else? I feel like there is a problem but I don't know what it is. Did she really want to stay. Perhaps you got a better offer? Please let me know I am easy to talk to. THanks, Brenda

The original renter decided to stay in the house for another term. I will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible to find you another location. I will send you an email.

Your Rental

I just looked at your Duplex for rent, I used to live in Seagrove and worked at Watersound. I got stupid and moved to Dallas to be closer to my grandbabies and wouldn't trade that for anything. But I pay 750. just for rent for a little tiny apt. that overlooks a street. Then I look at what you are offering and it makes me cry. I can't wait to move back to SOWAL.
