Wanted East Side Long Term Needed

Hi! My boyfriend and I are both young professionals looking for a long-term rental on the east side of 30a. Would like to stay under $1,800 for rent. Available to move in anytime between now and end of February. A house is preferable but we would be open to a townhouse/condo.
