Emma's Too

Beach Fanatic
We came across this litle diner sometimes last year and fell in love with the place. It is not a fancy place and will never pretend to be. It serves a very good breakfast at a very reasonable price. Emma's Too is located on Hwy 79 almost at Front Beach Road. The eggs are always perfectly cooked, the hashbrowns have a little crisp, the country ham perfect. No fancy coffee....just coffee. If you are wanting a simple breakfast and not wanting the WH this is the place to seek out. It is a locals place and where the Snow Birds have flocked to. Two full breakfasts, coffee, and juice with tip is about $15 bucks. They are only open for breakfast and early lunch. They are open 7 days a week. The owner told me last week that she is having to close at 1:00PM because she has another job 5 days a week from 3-11PM. Now that is dedication and wanting to have a Diner!

Got to say I love Emma'sToo too:-))first, as much as I hate to depart Walton cty, it is a beautiful drive along front beach road (seeing the Gulf) to get there. Then, there is no way this place is a chain, simply local. Just simple decor with solid, tasty food. Love that one can order a la carte. Most recently, enjoyed southwestern omelette and toast with coffee and juice. Divine! Bacon is good too. So if you are looking to stretch your tires just a wee bit, try Emma's Too. Have not yet had lunch but if you do,let me know.
