Beach Comber
I have a 3 bedroom town house for rent in Via Largo in Escada at $1550 a month. It is walking distance to the beach and Butler Elementary School. The master bedroom is downstairs and the 2 guest bedrooms as well as a small loft/office are upstairs. The neighborhood has a community pool and it is a great spot for families as no short term rentals are allowed. I require a 1 year lease and no pets and no smokers. Please call me at 850-585-1284 if you would like more info. The property will be ready on January 1st after the interior is completely re-painted and other repairs are complete.
